Simon studied at the renowned Newark School of Violin making, graduating in 1986 with a Diploma.

Simon Watkin Violins was setup in 1987 in Peterborough and has been servicing the needs of players in the Cambs, Lincs, Northants, Beds and Norfolk area for 34 years.

​

Simon specialises in working with players of all standards to get the most out of their musical experience, from beginners, through to advanced students and professionals, both with their existing instruments and bows and helping acquire new ones for their new adventure in music playing.

Simon enjoys playing the viola in local orchestras and small ensembles.
